Laughter is the best medicine, and combined with beautiful melodies that touch the heart and set your feet tapping, our productions of operetta and comic opera are a priceless part of this country’s artistic life.
Your contribution will help us continue to breathe life into enduring masterpieces, or revive neglected gems, and stage new works such as Jake Heggie’s Three Decembers. All our productions are noted for the high quality of their design and staging; and every penny donated goes towards making each costume just a little bit more stunning, or each set design a little bit more impressive.

The Lunatics are our special group of dedicated supporters who continue to support our work on an annual basis. Basic membership is as low as £30 a year, but there are various levels of membership.
Sadly we can no longer offer priority booking schemes, but you will be the first to know when new productions are planned, and to know which theatres we are visiting.
Our newsletters contain fascinating insights into the world of the shows we create, and interviews with singers and reports of our performances. They’re packed with photos of our shows, and our national press reviews, crosswords, quizzes and news of forthcoming events.
As a Lunatic you are entitled to complimentary programmes, and an opportunity to meet the cast after the show. We also hold cabaret events exclusively for our Lunatics each Christmas and in the summer months, to which you will be invited.
